I recently attended Spire Healthcare for a TVT procedure. Since having my two children in the past four years I had found that whenever I
exerted my body physically during sport my bladder was leaking. As a professional horse rider this was both embarrassing and inhibiting my ability
to compete as I was so conscious about the problem. It got worse after the birth of my second child and I found I was reluctant to ride very much
at all. This was starting to affect my career as well as the personal aspect of my confidence in general.
Following a consultation with Mr Hextall at Spire Healthcare in Harpenden, it was recommended that I had a TVT procedure. Since the procedure in
January I am delighted to report a so far 100% success rate. I am so much more confident in myself and I am back riding and competing regularly,
also with success! I cannot recommend this procedure, or the clinic enough for essentially getting me back to normal. I am sure many women experience
this embarrassing problem particularly after childbirth, and don't realise that anything can be done about it. Now I know differently and highly
recommend it.
